Urbans staff attended the City of Prospect official opening of the newly upgraded Prospect Gardens / Narnu Wirra in Nailsworth last weekend, opened by Mayor David O’Loughlin.
The long-awaited upgrade was completed within timeframe thanks to our dedicated crews who had their fair share of the winter weather to deal with. The park has a new play area catering for all ages which consists of nature play, tepee structure, dinosaur fossil discovery trail, sand pit and a sensory musical panel. There is also improved accessibility, new fitness bars, safety lighting, more park furniture and an open lawn area perfect for picnics and informal activities.
A great turnout by the local community who enjoyed a morning of fun with coffee , live music and family entertainment.
